*This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the ReelCrafter Affiliate Program as a Creator partner. The term “Referrer” in this Agreement refers to you, the Creator Affiliate, and “ReelCrafter” refers to the product owner, S is for Studio, Inc.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Referrers before they become effective. Continued participation in the program after such notifications will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Eligibility

Enrollment in the ReelCrafter Creator Affiliate Program is open to individuals who have an existing contract for a Creator campaign with ReelCrafter. To participate, individuals must register as a Creator Affiliate through our designated affiliate management platform provided by Tolt.io. Please note that Tolt.io operates as an independent third party with its own set of privacy policies and terms and conditions, which participants may be required to review and agree to during the registration process.. 

Referral Tracking

Referrers will receive a personalized link and a unique coupon code to track leads and offer discounts. It is essential that these tools are used for tracking and discount purposes, as they are the sole methods for recording eligible referrals.

Commissions

Commissions for successful referrals will be negotiated individually and outlined in a separate contract between the Referrer and S is for Studio, Inc. Commissions are paid via PayPal.

Referral Dashboard

Referrers can access and manage their referrals through a dedicated affiliate dashboard. This dashboard will provide details on personalized links, personalized coupon codes, leads tracked, commissions earned, and payouts.

Rewards

Referral rewards will be issued as per the terms negotiated in individual contracts. Rewards are credited directly to the Referrer’s PayPal account, and no account credits or monetary value substitutions will be made.

Requirements for Payment

Referrers may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 or other relevant tax documentation prior to the issuance of payment. Payments exceeding a threshold amount, as stipulated by tax laws, will require issuance of a Form 1099.

Marketing and Disclosure

Referrers must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements. All promotional activities must disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously.

Account and Termination

The Referrer’s account is subject to compliance with these terms. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Referrer must cease using and remove all promotional materials and links to ReelCrafter.

Limitation of Liability

S is for Studio, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Agreement or resulting from the participation in the Referral Program.

Miscellaneous

Failure by S is for Studio, Inc. to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention and remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in full effect.

By participating in the ReelCrafter Creator Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated the program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this Agreement.
