How to submit to the G.A.N.G. Awards using ReelCrafter for FREE!

The Game Audio Network Guild Awards has teamed up with ReelCrafter to provide free access for award submissions and voting consideration. To activate your free account, sign up using your special G.A.N.G. Awards sign-up link.

Your free account gives you everything you need to build and submit a branded G.A.N.G. entry reel, including uploaded audio and uploaded or linked video. The account stays open until judging is complete, then cancels automatically.

Entered last year?

Free submission account logins and share links from last year's awards are no longer valid. Unless you have a current paid ReelCrafter account, you need to create a brand new account here using these instructions.

How to sign up

  1. Click the button below. It's the only link that gives you free access, so don't sign up anywhere else.
  2. Complete the quick signup process.
  3. Check your email for the activation code.
  4. Activate your account.

That's it. No credit card and no checkout, your free access is already applied.

Sign up for your free G.A.N.G. Awards account

Once you're signed up, log in at app.reelcrafter.com and start building your entry reel. Bookmark that address, it's where you'll log in every time.

A few things to know

  • Do not make any changes to your entry reels after submitting them for judging
  • Do not use this G.A.N.G. watermarked account for personal demo reels. These accounts are deleted after the awards.
  • Keep all submitted entry reel links active until the account closes after judging
  • Your account cancels automatically once judging is complete. There is nothing you need to do.

Already signed up without using the link?

If you created a regular ReelCrafter account first, you are on the 14-day free trial and your free G.A.N.G. access has not been applied. To fix it:

  1. Log in at app.reelcrafter.com
  2. Go to app.reelcrafter.com/checkout?plan=pro-01-monthly
  3. Add your billing name and address, then check the I have a coupon or referral code box
  4. Enter coupon code GANG608. The coupon will disable the credit card fields.
  5. Before you click Pay now, check that your total shows $0.00. If it shows any other amount, stop there and contact ReelCrafter support so we can fix it.
